The Ticket Guy, APC, is a law firm founded 2014 with our main office located in Sherman Oaks, California. We are not ticket attorneys, we are Criminal Defense Attorneys that fight everything from traffic tickets to serious criminal offenses. Our lawyers have decades of combined legal experience and knowledge in how to fight for our clients.

Attorney Daniel S. Wegman, State Bar Number 287331, is a graduate of University of California at Santa Barbara where he earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Relations. Thereafter, he attended The University of West Los Angeles School of Law where he graduated with awards and a scholarship. After passing the California Bar, Daniel Wegman began working at a Criminal and Civil litigation firm where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of litigation.
As the new attorney at the firm, Daniel Wegman started at the bottom and learned from the ground up. He was responsible for civil discovery, criminal motions, and Traffic Tickets! After dismissing a large streak of traffic tickets, the partners of the firm began to refer to Mr. Wegman as THE TICKET GUY! When a client would come in with any traffic issue, they would say, “Give it to The Ticket Guy!”
When it was time to branch out on his own he started The Ticket Guy, APC. Experience and the desire to learn and grow has transformed this small ticket firm into a full service law firm handling Criminal matters from Traffic Tickets to serious criminal offenses, Restraining Orders and various Personal Injury claims.
